How was advanced education in the ancient world?
Many people say that the ancients were basically ignore the science and only a select few had the most knowledge. In ancient Egypt, who have the necessary engineers architects, teachers, plumbers, merchants, ship managers, mathematicians, and all that built a business. The same in Mesopotamia Ancient Greece, Rome and other ancient societies. You need to universities had primary schools secondary, technical and military academies. Therefore, people should be educated instead of ignorance. Otherwise, how do you build a knowledge base for put as Thales, Pythagoras, Plato, Aristarchus, Hipparchus and Aristotle. These guys were on top of the game, but it must have been just the tip of the apex.
the answer to your question is very difficult. in the ancient world most people are unaware. Rome and Egypt, where the majority of people educated by tutors who werent even the country. I know for a fact, some teachers were Julius Caesar and some Greeks of Alexander the great guardians were Egyptians. to be educated at this time, had to be rich or have rich parents. while the rich were smart. that is why the Roman Senate was the Senate. because their parents where rich, had been educated in many fields, including public speaking (public speaking), then the young Senators have used all the skills they have learned to gain reputation. Spartans werent very well educated, but their civilization was essentially a military academy.
