Looking for a cheaper way to travel to Europe for a family of 5? (Part 2)?

I've already bought our plane tickets for Europe USA. Pocket money I have left ($ 7k) is traveling in Europe, food, hotel in Rome and Paris, etc …. I booked a hotel in Rome and 85 euros / night.
